# 作者姓名

### Name Format

参考文献和脚注的作者姓名面板和引文的作者面板一样，有些输出格式要求作者姓名引文，参考文献和脚注都不同。引文的作者姓名详见[引文作者姓名](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/output-style/additional-style-formatting-options/Citation_Author_Names.htm)。本文介绍参考文献和脚注的作者姓名面板。

EndNote有多个作者表现形式的选项，例如，姓或名哪个在前哪个在后，姓之后是否要逗号，姓名如何大写等等。

**First Author/Other Authors：**这两选项右侧的列表提供了姓名的格式，是姓在前还是名在前

**Capitalization：**大写，姓名如何大写或者小写

* As Is   (和文献中一样)
* Normal   (每个单词的首字母大写)
* ALL UPPERCASE   (每个字母全部大写)
* Small Caps   (小型大写字母，可能Word不支持)

如果选择了作者姓名大写选项，但是有的个别作者又不想改变，可以使用大小写选项来设置，详见[大小写选项](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/output-style/18Prefs/Change_Case.htm)。

**Capitalize only the author's last name：** 该选项可以把作者的姓全部大写，例如JONES, Edward

**Initials：** 该选项是指定参考文献的首字母形式。该选项的下拉列表中是规定作者的名和中间名的缩写形式。如果在数据库中的文献的名没有输入全称，选择Full Names选项也不会把名改成全称，一切和数据库文献的所输入的一样。选择Last Name Only 仅显示姓，没有名或者中间名。

**注：** Initials输入文献中的内容必须使用空格或者句号分开(如 M.J. Stein 或 M J Stein)。两个字母一起 (如 MJ Stein)不能正确格式化为两个缩写，此时EndNote认为是一个单词。

### Name Format - Short Form

只有脚注中的参考文献才会出现

**First Author/Other Authors：** 这两个选项是规定作者姓名的格式的，同上。

* Jane Smith
* Smith, Jane
* Smith Jane

**Capitalization：**大小写，同上

* As Is
* Normal
* All Uppercase
* Small Caps

**Initials：** 同上

* Full Name
* Last Name Only
* A. B.
* A.B.
* A B
* AB
