# 检索日志

检索文献时所有信息都会保存在日志文件中，EndNote 默认是「Connect .log」 文件，可以通过菜单 Preferences >> URLs & Links 设置新的文件名和保存位置，默认保存在以下文件夹中：

**Windows XP:** C:\Windows\Application Data\EndNote或Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\EndNote

**Windows Vista:** C:\Users\User Name\ App Data\Roaming\EndNote\\

**Windows 7:** C:\Users\User Name\ App Data\Roaming\EndNote\\

**Windows 8:** C:\Users\User Name\ App Data\Roaming\EndNote\\

日志文件超过32K内容就会被最新的内容覆盖

也可以设置为不保存日志，这样可以提高检索过程，但是不能查看检索状态了

### 导入日志文件

日志文件实际就是一个文本文件，可以使用记事本打开，因此可以把这个日志文件复制到其他地方保存

导入日志文件方法

1. 打开数据库
2. 依次打开菜单 File >> Import >> File
3. 选择日志文件
4. Import Options：Select Use Connection File
5. 选择相应的连接文件
6. Text Translation：Unicode (UTF-8)
7. 导入
