# 使用术语表

作者和编者姓名，期刊和关键词等字段都有相应的**术语表**

当然术语表还可以用于其他栏目，但是需要相应的设置，介个可以详见后面的教程。

使用术语表的好处是可以帮助方便数据输入。如果开始输入作者姓名，期刊或者关键词时，EndNote的术语表会自动完成数据输入。

当在这些字段输入信息时这些术语表会自动更新。如果输入的内容术语表中没有相应的信息，会以红色显示。更多有关术语表可参阅[术语表简介](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/references/09TermLists/Introduction_to_TermLists.htm)。

**注：**可以在 EndNote 设置中的 [术语表](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/references/18Prefs/Term_Lists.htm)设置关闭自动完成和自动更新功能。
